職位描述
Job Purpose
Lead the costing team to establish, monitor and control the standard costing system via various analytical tools and ensure proper allocation of costs.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Lead operation costing team;
2. Coordinate with marketing/pricing control manager to complete new products TP quotation;
3. Help marketing complete new product/product upgrade RFE financial analysis;
4. Cooperation with marketing/supply chain to sure factory can meet VAVE budget target;
5. Assist controller to finish factory forecast/budget process;
6. Monthly prepare factory flex budget/MMR performance scorecard;
7. Do analysis for factory actual P&L vs. budget vs. forecast;
8. Work with supply chain team to complete factory annual standard material cost set up;
9. Drive annual factory inventory count and monthly inventory reconciliation between Swing & SAP;
10. Work with factory planner team to minimize inventory stocking level to sure factory can meet working capital target;
11. Coordinate with share service/accounting team to complete factory each month closing process;
12. Work with quality team to control factory CAR/Warranty cost;
13. Work with Swing team and consultant to sure system work well;
14. Ad hoc work.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
? Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting, Business, or equivalent
? Minimum 5 years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment and 3 years of experience in cost accounting
? A professional accountancy qualification (for e.g. CPA, ACCA, CGA, etc.) is preferred
