職責(zé)描述：
- Familiar with analyze tools like CPK, GR&R, etc;
- Maintain equipment reliability :
- Understand product / process specification and customer requirements
- Define standard equipment documentation to use equipment properly
- Define process flow and write down standard instructions
- Define maintenance level 1, WI and technical documentation
- Train operators / related person to follow standard process WI.
- Make sure maintenance engineers are implementing spare parts management for all equipment – alert if any deviation
- Define KOSU targets and measure production results
- For new equipment, validate equipment reception BEFORE SOP (process PTM must show you evidence that equipment can go to mass production)
- Be involve in FDPR, trial runs and validation of new equipment
- Support APU to realize PA on daily basis
- Make sure process poka yoke are under control with no non-conformity to standard
- Continuous improvement on process :
- Deploy TPM methodology and define action plan
- Be pro-active in VPS workshop (HOSHIN, 5S, KANBAN system…)
- Lead process modification meeting with APU manager , understand production needs, define planning and select supplier to achieve QCD targets
- Be involve in packaging validation (both FG and raw materials)
- Define process continious improvement actions
- Join APU QRQC meeting to take lead on process issues
- Join VPS Committee
- Review Process FMEA to reduce risk and make sure action plan is implemented (update PFMEA after each APU QRQC)
- ERP Master datas management :
- Maintain Master data accuracy in SAP system
- Have weekly review of BOM to detect non conformities / immediate corrective actions
- Be proactive in SAP problem detection
- Develop polyvalence with other process engineer
- Improve ergonomic and safety :
- Is responsible to eradicate ergonomic and safety issues when detected
- Join ergonomic and safety assignment for new equipment
- Have regular audits on production line to make sure operators are running equipment properly with no ergonomic and safety issues
- Escaladed to APU manager if any deviation to standard
- Do the tasks assigned by N+1 from time to time
- Others: Save nature resources, energy and paper & obey the EHS laws and related requirements, implement the EHS regulations, procedures and work instructions

任職要求：
- Education: 3/5 years of experience in related electronic products assembly engineering; manufacturing process and familiar with manual tools and VPS standards
- Operational experience in Automotive company / Automatism Siemens S7/S5 system is appreciated.
- Must be able to work on Automotiv environment (suppliers, projects, customers, custom clearance…)
- English should be fluent in speaking and writing /ERP knowledge with SAP knowledge
