Job description
- Responsible for the overall lean Concept and its Implementation.
- Responsible to lead and moderate Gemba Kanri meetings.
- Identify and facilitate process improvement projects, training/ workshops to drive cultural change.
- Conduct root cause analysis to determine metrics, troubleshoot manufacturing/ assembly issues, material flow, project plans, production capacity, facility designand create process documentation.
- Review of tooling and equipment under a lean perspective, moderate and coach tooling and equipment improvement workshop.
- Overall responsibility to plan, moderate and implement the findings of SMED workshops.
- Drive value stream mapping to define “As-Is Analysis” and the transition to Future State,
- Carrying out advanced data collection and analysis for related process mapping, especially for the relevant interfaces between PP/MM/Production under a lean perspective.

Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering
2.Master and apply all kinds of the KANZEN management tools
3.Excell , project, AutoCAD
