崗位職責
1、理解基于商業(yè)計劃、市場需求的產品路線圖，與跨職能團隊協(xié)作，推動概念可行性研究與新產品的開發(fā)工作。
Understand the roadmap based on business plan, dynamic market needs; drive the concept feasibility research and new product development through cross function coordination
2、基于客戶需求和可行性研究，為產品（市場）需求文檔MRD/PRD提供有效輸入，與工程團隊協(xié)作定義最終的產品參數。
Provide input into the product (market) requirement document (PRD/MRD) in alignment with customer requirement and concept feasibility study; work with engineering team to finalize product specification.
3、與包括項目管理，產品營銷、研發(fā)與工業(yè)設計、制造與采購、品質管理的跨職能團隊（及ODM/OEM供應商）協(xié)作，監(jiān)督端到端（從產品概念批準到量產）的新品開發(fā)計劃；負責風險管理和問題解決，確保項目依照預算成本，按時保質完成。
Oversee E2E (end-to-end) new product development project plan from product concept approval to product mass production release through coordinating project manager, product marketing, R&D, ID, manufacturing, sourcing, quality, and ODM&OEM supplier if necessary.
