Job Description:

1. Coordinate events including trade shows, seminars, conventions, conference and special events by providing event planning and management, on-site support and follow up.

2. As full marketing function role in Beijing.

3. Support regional affairs as MOR (marketing office representative) of assigned office, including:

a) Regional Mega Event Central Coordination

b) Regional presence on behalf of marketing

c) COO support

d) If necessary, regional business line support for cross-marketing functions coordination

e) Internal customer satisfaction for the supported offices

Jointly Responsibilities and Duties:

4. Coordinate Greater China projects, within Event Marketing function or cross-functions.


Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Communication-/Business-/Language-related

2. At least 5 years work experience in Marketing field

3. Strong and solid event management capability

4. Good communication & coordination skills, teamwork-oriented
