Job Description:
* Perform technical assessment of railway application rolling stock system and components according to international railway standards and legislations to assure functionality, safety or reliability achievement of customers’ requirements;
* Assessor for TSI certification for rolling stock;
* Assessor for TSI certification for interoperability constituents (ICs);
* Co-auditor for quality management system according to ISO 9001;
* Prepare technical proposals and offers;
* Generate project deliverables in good quality and timeliness;
* Project management and client relationship maintenance;
* Search potential clients and provide TSI training and consultancy.

Job Requirement:
* Minimum 8 years’ experience in railway vehicle industry;
* Bachelor of Engineering (Railway Vehicle Engineering, Rail Mechanical & Automation; Electrical or equivalent);
* Experienced in the R&D of vehicle body structure, water supply, HVAC, pneumatic assemblies used in safety critical subsystems, i.e. brake, train door, pantographs, coupler, etc.
* Understand some of the European standards on vehicle, understanding of TSI preferable;
* Certain understanding of Production technology and manufacturing processes, can review drawings;
* Strong communication skills and good command of English;
* Flexibility to travel;
* Independent, self-discipline and diligent to work under high pressure;
* Safety related experience in railway industry and application of Railway Standards is an advantage (TSIs, EN 50126, etc.)
