Our Client is a Global Leading MNC.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Being as business partner to ML retail business unit, to provide financial advices, business analysis, action proposal for management decisions, and monitor the action progress and effectiveness
? To support retail management team to evaluate various staff incentive program
? To further improve new store opening criteria and business case behind each new opening and monitoring the performance, together with development team
? To monitor store performance to improve store EBIT return on inventory
? To be in charge of annual budgeting process for retail business unit, including planning, monitoring and controlling and rolling adjustment
? To assist management team in asset management especially on Account Receivable and Inventory area to achieve Retail business unit goals on DSO and inventory turn
? To review and control expenses to achieve retail business unit goal on operation expenses
? To work together with central finance team, support monthly closing to ensure accurate monthly reporting and planning for China business and communicate with retail business unit leaders as well
? Other position associated tasks as requested.
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
? University degree or above majoring in finance, accounting or related
? 5-10 years working experience including accounting management & financial planning & analysis and people management experience are necessary
? Familiar with PRC GAAP and IFRS and strong knowledge & compliance in financial & accounting management
? Related working experience in is required
Good communication skill with various level of people across organization
Passion to learn and drive forward
? Good business knowledge and business acumen
? Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
