Job Responsibilities:
---Communicate with all CBI plants about project issues.
---Coordinate with all departments in Wuhan plant to make sure every project is going smoothly.
---Plan and justify new investments for new customer project of machines and equipments.
---Coordinate projects in the area in teamwork, reducing costs, improving quality and satisfying customers requirements.
---Implement action to prevent occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process and quality system through appropriate quality tools.
---Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.
---Engineering change management in Manufacturing Dept.
---Manage with daily job of Project Engineer and Prototype Shop Floor
Safety: be responsible for the jurisdiction all security matters, coordinate with other departments to achieve security
Continuous improvement: continuous improvement is responsible for the jurisdiction

Personal Requirements:
---Bachelor degree or above in Engineering background or related.
---At least 5 years working experience in project management.
---Familiar with project management methods and tools.
---Good skills in analyzing, thinking and cooperating.
---Computer literate in Excel, Word, & Power Point.
---English fluent.
