描述：為客戶實(shí)施現(xiàn)場(chǎng)服務(wù)及大客戶的服務(wù)管理工作，要求具備良好的客戶滿意度意識(shí)和精湛的技術(shù)服務(wù)水準(zhǔn)。
職責(zé)：
1.能獨(dú)立承擔(dān)并完成HDS高端存儲(chǔ)產(chǎn)品的安裝、維修和維護(hù)工作，以及HDS的solution產(chǎn)品的售后支持（包括HNAS、Blade&UCP、HCP&HDI、Pentaho等），包括并不限于，硬件安裝、在線擴(kuò)容、微碼升級(jí)、配置變更、問題處理和解決等；
2.有良好的金融客戶或行業(yè)大客戶的服務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，能主動(dòng)為客戶提供技術(shù)規(guī)劃和建議，包括微碼評(píng)估、復(fù)雜問題跟進(jìn)處理、在線擴(kuò)容或項(xiàng)目實(shí)施規(guī)劃等；
3.具備良好的客戶服務(wù)意識(shí)，包括但不限于:有效傾聽和溝通、問題分析及處理、文檔撰寫和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作等能力；
任職資格：
1. 計(jì)算機(jī)及相關(guān)專業(yè)大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)，5年以上的IT存儲(chǔ)及售后服務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有金融和行業(yè)客戶經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
2．有軟件和數(shù)據(jù)庫（Oracle、Mysql），熟悉行業(yè)客戶或新興市場(chǎng)的客戶應(yīng)用環(huán)境以及解決方案的能力（Clouding、Bigdata）的優(yōu)先；
3．具備HDS產(chǎn)品和解決方案的維護(hù)能力或?qū)I(yè)原廠的存儲(chǔ)技術(shù)能力（如HP、EMC、IBM等）；
4．樂觀自信、有責(zé)任感，有主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)和適應(yīng)變革的能力，并有志于從事售后服務(wù)工作。
