職責描述：
Core Responsibilities and Tasks

?Understand emerging and evolving end user use cases and requirements in Big Data and Analytics, documenting those usage cases and business, technical and user requirements and designing a solutions architecture to meet those requirements.
?Define and Document the Cognitive architectures and solution requirements, specifying the implementation HW and SW solution stack.
?Play both a consultative role and development role to design and deliver proven quality solutions
?Support the Program Manager in determining the skill sets and level of effort required to design and develop a program, project and applications to meet business requirements
?Select the appropriate analytical architecture to fulfill the program or project’s analytical requirements


任職要求：
?Bachelor’s Degree
?Excellent communication skills (English & Mandarin)
?Strong problem solving attitude and proactive behavior to growth
?Proven ability as a Team Leader with responsibility of defining customer needs and designing client’s solutions
?Experience in big data architecture - experience of designing and developing logical data models or knowledge of cognitive computing
?Hand-on experiences in Graph
?Substantial expertise in Advanced Analytics technologies & solutions (incl. SPSS, SAS, Java, Tableau, Qlikview)
?Traditional application development background along with knowledge of Analytics libraries, open-source Natural Language Processing, statistical and big data computing libraries. R, Python, Hadoop, Data Explorer, Content Analytics.
?More than 10 years working experience, at least 3 years in Big Data and/or Cognitive development

2011年，IBM中國全球服務執(zhí)行中心年獲得美國軟件工程協(xié)會（SEI）的CMMI 1.3版本能力成熟度5級認證，這是繼2009成功獲得應用服務管理ISO20000和信息安全管理ISO27001兩項國際認證后，IBM中國全球服務執(zhí)行中心在服務質(zhì)量控制道路上的又一重要里程碑。隨著業(yè)界最新和最高級別的國際性質(zhì)量控制標準在中國全球服務執(zhí)行中心全面實施，IBM中國全球服務執(zhí)行中心將憑借其在質(zhì)量控制領域的出色表現(xiàn)繼續(xù)引領中國的應用軟件服務外包市場。
