Experience
? 6+ years of automation testing development experience in full life-cycle projects;
? 4+ years experience in the manufacturing industry, SAP Project or Shopfloor System.
? 4+ years experiences in testing management for multiple projects;
? 4+ years experiences in testing management for global/oversea project, excellent in English
3+ years experiences as a team lead with minimum 5+ members
3+ creation and Implementation of automation test scripts, and testing environment setup.
5+ years experiences of automation testing tools, UFT, Load Runner, Selenium, etc.
Methodology and Certification
? Well understand BMW project management methodology (ITPM) is preferred
? ISTQB certified test manager is preferred;
? Well know with ITIL methodology and its implementation;
? Understand BBA Test Master Plan/ Concept is preferred
Technical Skill
? Strong communication skills in both written and oral English and capable to support global working module;
? Strong in experience in HP ALM;
Strong skill in Microsoft Office Products, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Project;
? Strong mind-set on IT project testing management methodologies;
? Strong skills in presentation and providing testing related training;
? Strong skills in providing testing related training;
? Strong controlling and monitoring in projects testing progress;
? Well know with BBA Test Master plan/ Concept;
? Specific domain knowledge is required. Such as BI knowledge;
? Performance and stress testing experience is preferred;
? In some specific case, SAP consultant experience is preferred.
