Position Summary:
Product Specialist for CCS team, Responsible for CCS product line pre/after sales support, sample analysis in range of LC Column, GC Consumable, Vials and Sample prep products.
Key Responsibilities:
Online pre-sales technical support by email, telephone and webchat for LC column, GC consumable and column, vials and sample prep portfolio.
In house Post sales technical support , handle claim support and communicate with factory to solve quality issue.
Sample analysis for customer.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: (Bullets)
1.2 years GC and HPLC usage experience，LC/MS or GC.MS preferred
2. BA degree in chemistry
