?Work with distributors in customer education and scientific promotion to reach sales target 積極與經(jīng)銷商配合并協(xié)同工作，通過為客戶提供教育和學(xué)術(shù)推廣達(dá)成銷售指標(biāo)

?Hire/manage/uate ID distributors in territory 招募/管理/評估所轄區(qū)域的免疫診斷經(jīng)銷商
?Visit end users to deeply understand their needs and questions, and provide timely feedback and solutions to customers. 和重點(diǎn)客戶建立并保持溝通，以充分了解市場并對客戶的問題提供及時(shí)反饋和解決
?Organize training and application support to customers and distributors in territory 區(qū)域內(nèi)用戶的產(chǎn)品和臨床應(yīng)用培訓(xùn)


任職要求：
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
?Bachelor degree or above in medicine, clinical laboratory, or relevant majors 醫(yī)學(xué)或檢驗(yàn)相關(guān)專業(yè)大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷；
?3+ years’ experience in sales and distribution channel management position, with successful track record 有外企醫(yī)療行業(yè)3年以上的銷售和經(jīng)銷商管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
?Good communication skill, High team spirit良好的客戶溝通技巧，高度的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神；
?Willing to travel frequently適應(yīng)經(jīng)常出差；
?Work hard, and willing to face challenge 樂于接受挑戰(zhàn)；
