Essential Functions
?Determine country harmonized tariff codes & restrictions to import & export merchandise and maintain classification data in SAP and GTC Strategic Solution.
?Deep knowledge about trade regulations with directly or indirectly involving with the merchandise.
?Provide technical support in case any customs dispute on importation declaration.
?Provide guidance on Country of Origin determination
?Study the impact to business regarding any update on regulations, support to set up the process and drive the implementation.
?Support global trade compliance activities and provide assistance/guidance to other departments to assure compliance with appropriate regulations
?Conduct internal audits to determine import and export compliance and develop corrective s and support external audit activities as needed
?Responsible for developing and implementing local training: manuals, SOP’s and work instructions to comply with trade requirements

Qualifications:
?Bachelor and above degree in international trade or logistics.
?Working experience in the field of instrument or equipment will be a plus
?Strong written and oral communication for both English and Chinese
?Proficient with ERP system such as SAP, MS Office, Access
?Required 3 -5 year experience in international and local regulatory work for Importing / exporting Familiar with I/E procedure and customs policy
