Primary Purpose and Overall ive of the Job:
Plans and manages all the technical activities of the site, such as maintenance and construction of utilities, production equipment, and buildings.

Main Accountabilities:
- Supplies manufacturing and hosted functions with utilities (Steam, Electricity, City Water, Compressed air, Chilled water) and any other technical deliveries accordingly to service level agreement.
- Manages site offices and buildings al accordingly to manufacturing and hosted functions needs.
- Oversees various projects carried out by the site technical staff such as production equipment, building construction or modification, cost reduction initiatives.
- Drives subcontracted activities while keeping the technical mastery.
- Is accountable for budget, cost reduction, compliance to regulatory requirements. Analyze data collected and improve the performance: service delivery, energy and water consumption, emissions …
- Organizes and manages his/her activity (set up organization, methodologies and competencies needed to reach ives, optimize human and material resources, manage budgets, train to obtain level of competencies needed to good execution of jobs).

Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
1.Studies-Experience:
- Open for Master of Science degree with 5 to 8 years of experience or BS degree with ＞ 10 years of duty in an industrial operation leadership position within the industry (healthcare a distinct advantage),
- Open for MS degree with 8 to 10 years of duty in an industrial operation leadership position within the healthcare industry.
2.Skills and Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of local regulatory requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices, staff leadership
