Responsibility：
1. Drives supply chain management strategies to deliver customer requirements and maintain Saint-Gobain ZenPures financial competitiveness.
2. Perform OTD analyses related but not exclusive to sourcing, costing/pricing, inventories, planning, and production.
3. Participates in the review of supplier contracts by outlining materials requirements and considerations.
4. Drives supply chain activities with Saint-Gobain Vertical Integration Partners to ensure agreed quality, delivery and pricing control.
5. Prepares Customer Supply Chain Management information and participates in customer reviews.
6. Participates with other senior managers in establishing corporate strategic plans and ives.
7. Interacts regularly with executives, customers and suppliers.
8. Provides supplier management as related to product development and integration
9. Review all new material quotes , make recommendation for optimizations
10. Responsible for material financials, develop initiatives for continuous improvements
11. Responsible for WCM project support.

Qualifications：
1. Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training is needed. A Masters or MBA degree is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management / Materials is required. Operational experience is a plus.
3. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and find appropriated solutions.
4. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex data and documents. Ability to work with mathematical concepts.
5. Ability to respond effectively and timely to inquiries or complaints.
6. Ability to communicate in English (written and verbally). Ability to make effective and persuasive. speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to senior management and customers.
6. Familiar with Word/Excel/PPT ect. Software.
