崗位職責(zé)：

1、HJT PVD 設(shè)備的工藝研究、設(shè)備參數(shù)配置、工藝方法及功能驗(yàn)證。

2.負(fù)責(zé)工藝異常分析及處理，制定相應(yīng)的預(yù)防及控制措施；

3.負(fù)責(zé)PVD工藝的SOP編制及完善、作業(yè)員操作培訓(xùn)；

4.負(fù)責(zé)新機(jī)臺(tái)工藝調(diào)試及驗(yàn)證；

5.配合研發(fā)部門(mén)新品開(kāi)發(fā)及制程控制。

6.工藝部門(mén)人員管理、團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)

崗位要求：

本科及以上學(xué)歷，材料工程真空鍍膜相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)，光伏行業(yè)優(yōu)先

熟悉異質(zhì)結(jié)PVD設(shè)備ITO鍍膜工藝

熟悉涉及PVD氣壓、流量、功率、spacing、摻雜濃度等調(diào)節(jié)
