Major Job Responsibilities: -Assist the supervisor in managing the school’s accreditation processes, such as AACSB, EQUIS, BSIS, EFMD Programme Accreditation, etc.-Draft accreditation reports -Collaborate with faculty and various departments for accurate data collection-Manage, analyze, and present data and information effectively -Develop and maintain a comprehensive project documentation library-Support faculty meetings/activities and prepare meeting minutes or relevant reports-Provide support for other department-level tasks/activities when needed. Basic Job Requirements:-Bachelor’s degree or higher Native English Speaker Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese is a plus.-Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize work schedules to ensure timely and high-quality work delivery.-Excellent English copywriting ability and keen attention to detail -Proactive, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and fast learner-Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
