職位說明工作職責：1.Undertake faculty recruitment-related tasks according to hiring requests and polices 2.Assist with the organization and promotion of academic activities and other school events such as orientation and graduation ceremonies3.Provide flexible support to the school office and faculty as needed, addressing various administrative and operational tasks4.Serve as a liaison between faculty, students, and other university departments to facilitate communication and collaboration5.Undertake additional duties as assigned by the supervisor, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the school office.崗位要求：1.Bachelor's degree or above, at least 3 years working experience familiarity with administrative work in universities is a plus candidates with less working experience will be considered for more junior ranks2.Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in office software and relevant AI tools3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with faculty and colleagues4.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment5.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
