Position Summary- Responsible for performing a variety of complex marketing tasks and supporting marketing activities, special for expand leads funnel & leads qualifier of the CZ China IQS Division.RequirementsEducation- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or related fieldExperience- At least 2 years working experience in relevant industry (Customer services)Other skills- Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM Software preferred- Good ability of MS power point- A proven track record of strong client relationships.- Excellent client service skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.?- Work as a team p**** with an outgoing friendly attitude- Be open to change and be flexible- Assess situations / problems and logically and creatively finding solutions???????Job De****ion?Main TasksDuties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the ZEISS solution and identify appropriate customers within the target market.- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.- Qualifier new sales leads through inbound lead through marketing campaigns.- Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.- Conducting follow-up communications to qualifier leads through the sales funnel.- Generate & maintain leads database and monitor sales funnel progress.- Coordinate & execute for promote ZEISS product & technologies.- Prepare and follow up internal process to ensure the Webinars conducted with well organized.- Demonstrated ability to organize & a team p**** as well.- Perform any other duties/responsibilities as may be assigned by the direct supervisor and/or as may be required by opera-tions.
