- Quality Assurance-- Product quality inspection plans (PQIP) incl. specific check lists and in cooperation with Engineering control instructions at drawings Development of the R&D organisation incl. new recruitments and implementation of organizational changes where required.- Conduct the management of the Inspection Characteristics and product Inspection rules & plans.- Quality control-- Assembly and function check of Machines and provide the technical support to production team to improve product quality.- Participate and support during supplier ****ion and reviews.- Full responsible for the suppliers' audit and conduct handling the quality complains by customers.- Ensure suppliers are trained to meet quality request.- Responsible for the management of EHS.- Full responsible for the setting up, improvement, implementation and maintenance of the quality system and related documents make sure to complies with the industry standards.-Conduct the internal & external audits and ensure the quality continuous improvements.Job Requirements：？ Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in quality control & management in relevant mechanical industries.？ Product and process knowledge enough to challenge？ Knowledge about quality control and assurance and suppliers’ management？ Knowledge and application of continuous improvement processes tools (Kaizen, 5S, Quality Education, etc.)？ Equipment engineering management ****& technical skills is preferred？ Knowledge about Quality system and Quality Audits/supplier ****uation.
