Job responsibility：1) Lead RFQ for new project, and best supplier ****ion based on TCO, Responsible for new price and price change maintain in the system. 2) Participate new supplier audit, and establish qualified supplier in the system. 3) Rigorous contracts definition and participate contracts reviewing with legal consultant to finalize good terms for ECI4) Lead related to stakeholders (Quality, Engineering and SCM) to complete performance rating by quarterly. (Quality Capability Development Risk Delivery and etc.)5) Build good collaboration and communication with cross functions, Ensure each stage of the project is progressing on time and within budget. 6) Good at material cost analysis especially for category, i.e., tape, clip, PVC, rubber, etc. and ensure gained cost is lower than market, good initiative to develop capable suppliers as new project required.7) Cost reduction for each of projects including new projects and existing projects, good initiative to trigger annual negotiation with suppliers, VAVE capability is preferred.8) Assist with internal stakeholders to drive progress for supplier issues, and provide relevant solutions. 9）Completed other tasks assigned by Purchasing & Program director, To be part of a team of cross-functional key stakeholders.Job qualification：1）Education: Bachelor’s degree Mechanical and Electrical engineering related are preferred.2）Experience: At least 5 years of work experience in sourcing3）Skill: English as working language, both oral and written are excellent, and familiar with MS office. (Excel, Word and PPT etc.)4）Team p****, Integrity and honesty, good at organized and detail oriented with strong sense of responsibility.5）Drive license is preferred.6）Ability of cost analysis.
