崗位目標(biāo)/Purpose of the positionThe MRP Controller is a key role of management and optimization of various supply chain activities in Operation, whose major responsibilities are:-Master production schedule management.-Material supply and availability assurance.-Inventory supervision and control.-Order management and delivery fulfillment.-Planning strategy and parameters optimization. 主要任務(wù)/Main tasks Master Production Schedule management-Long-term demand alignment with inter-company plants.-RoFo supervision and alignment with Master planning, Sales or inter-company plants.-S&OP and RoFo adaption to internal reliable production and rough capacity plan.Material supply and availability assurance-Release purchasing orders to according to planned schedules in time with appropriate specifications.-Ensure material available on time according to actual production or sales requirement with close tracking and adjustment of material delivery time.-Settle payment upon specified purchasing regulations after goods receiving.-Supplier delivery performance supervision and reporting.-Nonconforming material, missing parts claim handling and support.-Support material localization and new product &new project Inventory supervision and control-Periodic inventory supervision and reporting.-Slow moving or dead stock handling.-Support company supply chain project development ,cooperation internal and external Order management and delivery fulfillment-Production order release and management.-Customer order material availability **** and delivery fulfillment (stock transfer).-Delivery priority alignment with order management or inter-company plants if limited capacity.Planning strategy and parameters optimization-Material master data (MRP relevant) maintenance and optimization.-Logistic concept development.-Continuous optimize or innovation in planning section of supply chain.
