職責(zé)描述：? Design customized component for Automotive customer? Follow the project methodology “Stage & Gate” (proc. QOD601).? Design and realization of the prototypes and samples.? Design FMEA and Process FMEA.? Internal and customer qualification of the new developed product.? Pre-production with the performance capability and yield analysis.? New Product cost analysis.? Definition and updating of the technical documentation (internal and for customer, PPAP, Data Sheet, Test report, …).? Failure analysis (using the procedures 8D, 5Y, FTA….)? Collaboration with University or external Laboratory任職要求：Degree in technical disciplines. preferable with a few years of work, Preferable Mechanical or Electric Engineer, as a second choice Materials Sciences；CET-6 or above, good communication in English；Fresh graduates , Film capacitor materials, technology or application experience is preferred；Added design tool knowledge (e.g. Ansys FEM modelling, 3D CAD), APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, etc
