Priorities will be given to candidates who have done bidding works before for international clients in China, and thus understand first-hand what a complete, accurate and competitive bid proposal should look like.根據(jù)業(yè)主投標邀請的要求親自參與過技術(shù)標和商務標的編寫。有參與在中國的國外業(yè)主的標書編寫的經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先；3) The responsibilities of this position also include recruiting, developing and managing a project management team focusing on executing construction projects for international clients in China.負責在中國招聘、開發(fā)和管理執(zhí)行國外業(yè)主的施工項目的項目管理團隊。4) The Project Manager has the overall responsibility for managing, executing and delivering projects pursuant to the contracts signed with clients, according to the high quality and safety standards specified, on time and on budget, while complying with both the Chinese state and local regulations and international practices.依照與業(yè)主簽署的合同，根據(jù)規(guī)定的高的質(zhì)量和安全標準，整體負責管理、執(zhí)行和交付項目。項目交工需準時，預算需在計劃內(nèi)，并符合中國國家和地方標準及國際慣例。5) The candidate should have experience and capabilities in developing new businesses of construction projects and maintain healthy working relationships with existing clients.具備開發(fā)施工項目新業(yè)務經(jīng)驗和能力，并能與現(xiàn)有業(yè)主保持良好的工作關(guān)系。Position requirements:職位要求：1）At least seven years experience as a Project Manager with considerable time spent on the project site, of which at least three years is spent working with an international company in a role associated with construction or project management, whether it be a client company or an EPCM company.7年以上的項目經(jīng)理經(jīng)驗，其中至少三年在國際化公司（業(yè)主公司或EPCM公司）從事施工或項目管理相關(guān)工作；2）Experience with a leading Chinese construction contractor will be a plus有國內(nèi)領(lǐng)先的承包商經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；3）National Grade 1 Constructor is preferred but not mandatory.有國家一級建造師資質(zhì)者優(yōu)先；4）Great team leadership, strong communication and coordination skills.有較好的團隊領(lǐng)導能力及溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力；5）Self-motivated, with strong work ethics and the ability to perform under pressure, with little supervision.工作主動積極，有很強的職業(yè)道德及抗壓能力；6）Familiar with Auto CAD、Sketching Pro, MS office;熟悉Auto CAD, Sketching Pro、MS OFFICE等辦公軟件；7）Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
