The Role:
1.The EE technical manager is responsible for New product development, existing products cost reduction.

1. Be responsible for electrical design of new and CR products.
2. System level design for best EE/RF performance.
3. Problem & Failure analysis and mass production support
4. EMC debug and tests.
5. Products cost reduction assessment.
6. Testing and failure analysis of defective units.
7. Lead EE team to setup internal product developing process and design guideline
8. EE BOM maintains and release.
9. EE specification definition and sample approval

Key Qualifications:
1. For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
2. 10 years above experience in PCBA design and manufacturing engineering.
3. Good sense for different brand EE components SPEC. cost and quality level
4. Good knowledge on 2.4G RF, especially on Bluetooth and Wifi.
5. Good knowledge on EE software, such as OrCad, PADS, Matlab, Pspics and so on.
6. Electrical Measurement Methods include oscilloscope, spectrum, and network analyzer.
7. Good at cross-functional cooperation with good communication skills
8. With problem solving skills and anticipate problem concept.
9. Very good English knowledge (communication with colleagues in Europe and America)

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:
1. Programming language C++ will be seen as an advantage
2. Familiarity with Design for Manufacture will be seen as an advantage
3. More experience on audio & consumer electrical design will be seen as an advantage.
4. EE engineering team management experience is plus

Bachelor degree or above
