The senior Manager of Regulatory Compliance (SME)—AML&Trade is the very important role to achieve our commitment to complying with all anti-money laundering and trade import/export laws applicable to our operation. The SME should understand international compliance policies and applicable laws and regulations very well, and at the same time the SME should make sure China market have all market level policies and procedures in place and provide constructive support to business partners.

Responsibilities:
1.Improve Subject Matter Management System maturity level for anti-money laundering(AML) and trade.
2.Make sure China market achieves all AML and trade compliance objectives.
3.Support annual risk assessment for the areas of AML and trade. Assess risks of AML/ trade and develop action plans to mitigate risks.
4.Make sure action plans of AML and trade are completed on time.
5.Make sure the company comply with all anti-money laundering(AML) and trade import/export laws applicable to our operation.
6.Provide AML/trade trainings to related associates.
7.Make sure China market has all market level policies and procedures relating to AML/Trade in place.
8.Provide constructive support related to AML and trade to business partners.
9.Monitor the effectiveness of AML and trade programs and efficiency of action plans, work out new action plans if new risks come out.
10.Make sure the company comply with all legally applicable trade or import/export sanctions or restrictions.
11. This is temporary role of 6 months contract.
Requirements:
? Bachelor Degree in Law or above with oversea education.
?More than 8 years’ experience in Legal, Compliance or retail business.
?High integrity
?Good people and communication skills
?Good English (as working language) and Chinese language skills
?Skillful at Office operation (e.g. Word, PPT, Excel)
?Good team player and able to work under pressure
? Have the capacities of using appropriate judgment, planning and pursuing team-based improvement.
