?Handle all menswear, ladieswear, footwear and accessories QA and technical problems.
?Measure and manage the supplier KPI;s to drive continuous improvement
?Ensure product quality meet the fitting technical requirements
?Manage the factories to ensure the delivery of consistent product quality
?Lead the company technical processes, polices and quality standards are passed to suppliers
?Carry out risk assessment of products and solve the quality technical problems with suppliers
?Pre-screen all development samples (from concept to red seals) are meet the company standards
?Create measurement charts, assess and update technical packages during the whole product development stages.
?Approve products fit sample and ensure it meets the company quality standards
?Provide technical advice to internal team on product quality, sample execution and fit related issues
?Communicate with vendors to provide technical support with all technical issues
Requirements:
?Diploma or above in Clothing or Textile related disciplines
?Minimum 8 - 10 years of practical garment technical and quality experience
?Strong Knowledge on China GB standards
?Strong leadership in working with cross functional teams
?Experience in working with buying office
?Extensive experience in multiple product categories (general apparel, footwear and accessories); Underwear experience would be a high advantage
?Well versed in garment sewing construction
?Pattern making, grading and fit adjustment knowledge
?Detailed oriented and adapted to fast-paced environment
?Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
