職責(zé)描述：
1. Reviews production orders or schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, and specifications of products and scheduled delivery dates in order to plan department operations. Lead production team to fulfill production targets;
2. Plans production operations, establish priorities and sequences for manufacturing products.
3. Prepares operational schedules and coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meets specifications.
4. Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays
5. Inspects machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization.
6. Develops or revises standard operational and working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with standards.
7. Resolves worker grievances or submits unsettled grievances to Human Resources for action.
8. Compiles, stores, and retrieves production data
9. Initiate, establish and improve production processes
10. Take continuous efforts to improve production efficiency, productivity, capability and quality and ensure all the related targets are met
11. Ensuring environment protective, healthy & safe operation throughout production;
12. Actively communicate with other departments to achieve and maintain good collaboration within the plant;
13. Actively coordinate with engineering, SCM & Quality in making prototype, piloting and dealing with quality issues.
14. Continuous coaching and training of subordinating personnel
15. Avoid problems and waste generation; control of non-production costs and integration expenses; right to control the entire warehouse process and procedures.

任職要求：
1. A bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or Science major;
2. 8+ years’ manufacturing experience in manufacturing, at least 5 years as a production management position in an ISO/TS environment; Preferably having worked in western company;
3. Demonstrated success with the development and implementation of manufacturing and general business policies, controls and procedures;
4. Able to lead lot of staff and motivate team-mates
5. Proven track record of mentoring, coaching, and developing teams; possess a high level of integrity and business ethics, excellent leadership, and highly self motivated;
6. Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, excellent interpersonal and communications skills;
7. Solid experience in lean tools (Kaizens, 5S etc), Production reporting, Production scheduling and planning experience;
8. Experience with warehouse management a plus
