DM position Job description:
Data Management team mainly covers UBS Securities(UBSS) internal system data maintenance for the purpose of providing support to the settlement and clearing of China Interbank, SH/SZ Exchange listed and OTC products, including equities, fixed income, as well as derivatives trading products. This team offers day-to-day operational support to various internal operational teams, and it also needs to cooperate with IT team closely to participate ad-hoc tasks such as system enhancement, UAT testing etc.

His /her responsibilities will include the following:
?Prepare and input when processing daily maintenance supporting tasks
?Able to handle data setup related enquiries, and shall work with all data source providers - internally and externally Third Party Service (3PS) to ensure data completeness, relevancy and accuracy
?Perform feasibility study to explore new tools, resource or new application which may help to increase work efficiency
?Sense operational risks and assist team manager with risk control measures effectively and timely
?Ensure control processes like reconciliation, maker/checker principle and all internal procedures are in compliance with all local rules, regulations and UBS internal policies.
?Fluent use of English as a working language, both in written and spoken
?Knowledge in China securities industry is preferable

QUALIFICATION
?Bachelor or higher degree
?Good speaking and writing English
?Skillful in Microsoft Office
?A team player
?1-2 years working experience preferred
