What are my responsibilities?
Tasks:
- Provide HR consultation service to SCM all employees and PLM employees in EBMS.
- Handle HR admin operations to EBMS, which includes: SCM all employees and PLM employees in EBMS.
- HR data management and Workday update
- Deliver HR report timely and accurately
- Support attendance documentation and payroll synchronization
- Support overtime documentation and payroll synchronization
- Take part in Internal and external projects and events
- P filing and E filing management
- Support annual budget on personnel cost
- EBMS company benefit handling
- Handle employee Onboard Service/Separation Service/Transfer Service
- Provide support in various types of ER cases including documentation
- CV screen
- Contract management, communication and documentation
- Training agreement handling
- Support training organization
- Handle government inspection, audit, and flexible working hour arrangement
- Support annual performance management and development program
What do I need to qualify for this job?
HR general competencies:
- Obtained Bachelor degree or above from recognized universities
- Proficient in MS Office and HR related applications
- English level: Intermediate
- Good communication skill and teamwork spirit
-Minimum 2 years of HR working experience in sizable MNCs in China
-Well organized, efficient and is able to pay attention to the details
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in verbal and written English
-Problem solver and good at handling work pressure
Experience:
-At least 3 years HR related work experience. ER experience is preferred
-Solid experience of overall HR operation with good knowledge of labor laws, regulations and practices
