? 有超強的數(shù)學獨立思考和研究能力；
? 在數(shù)學建模、統(tǒng)計，理論和應用層面都要有自己獨到的見解
? 有用Python 解決數(shù)學編程問題的經(jīng)驗
? 對人工智能、深度學習/機器學習、計算機視覺/圖形學、自然語言處理有一定的認識；
? 流利的中英文讀寫；
? 很強的團隊協(xié)作精神，能在快節(jié)奏中出成績。

? 在數(shù)學領域相關會議和期刊發(fā)表過論文；
? 參加過數(shù)學建模或算法大賽，成績優(yōu)異；
? 最好有統(tǒng)計或應用數(shù)學，或其他相關數(shù)學領域的博士學位。如果是相關領域碩士，需要有3年工作經(jīng)驗，其中2年以上科研經(jīng)驗；
