KEY RESULT AREA /areas of responsibility 主要職責 1.認同學校理念與愿景，服從部門負責人相應的工作安排，定期參與組內會議，遵守學校、部門相應的政策 2.擔任學校音樂，舞臺戲劇，舞蹈課程的教學工作。服從部門對教學進度、教學內容的安排，促進學生音樂，戲劇領域的發(fā)展。能夠根據(jù)實際狀況對課程方案提出建議，完善教學設計。 3.熟悉北京市課程體系，并具有國際化的視野，能與外籍教師及時溝通，傳達課程理念，并為課程引入國際元素 4.定期對學生的音樂，舞臺戲劇學習狀況進行追蹤和評估，包括形成性評估和總結性評估，保留相應數(shù)據(jù)，并及時向負責人進行反饋。 5.具有獨到的教育理念，能夠參與教學研究；或是能為學生提供額外的發(fā)展機會，參與音樂類相關競賽。 6.上級交代的其他工作 任職資格：Qualifications/Training 資格證書/培訓 1. Qualified teaching certificate in China and relevant international jurisdiction. 具有中國教師資格證 2. 5 years above related teaching experience. 5年以上相關教學工作經驗 Experience / Knowledge 經驗/知識 1.Significant knowledge and experience of teaching Chinese domestically in China.具有在中國國內從教的知識和經驗 2.Significant knowledge and experience of teaching both national and IB courses.具有教國內教材和IB課程的知識和經驗 3.Experience of working with Management teams. 具有與管理團隊合作的經驗 Skills 技能 1.
