Your ResponsibilityYou will be expected:?The Senior Manager/HR Officer serves as the primary point of contact providing a centralized administrative support for all talent schemes at UNNC. This role will also be responsible for developing and maintaining close relationship with external resources including but not limited to Talent Scheme organising bodies, external experts, agents etc., underpinning these relationships will ultimately help to complement Talent Scheme application and management success at UNNC.?Be assigned to a number of Faculties/Schools/Departments to work closely with their leadership teams providing ongoing HR support, targeted information, guidance and solutions, talent acquisition, facilitating talent management and building people capability, to effectively support the operation of Faculties/Schools/Departments and achieve their shared organizational ****ives.For detailed job responsibilities, please download the role profile.About You?You should be have Bachelor’s degree Master Degree or Oversea study experience is preferred?You should have generalist HR experience or project management experience at least 2 years for officer and relative extensive experience for senior manager. ?You should have excellent communication and responsive skills - verbal, written and presentation in English and Chinese?Experience of working with Government for talent scheme applications would be ideal.
