主要職責(zé)Duties & Responsibilities- 負(fù)責(zé)根據(jù)學(xué)校整體規(guī)劃、市場(chǎng)及招生、校園熱點(diǎn)等進(jìn)行文案工作，包括撰寫媒體軟文、微信軟文等文稿；- 市場(chǎng)基礎(chǔ)宣傳推廣工作，招生渠道拓展；- 負(fù)責(zé)招生渠道信息的收集、跟蹤、回訪以及整理渠道資料；根據(jù)指標(biāo)制定渠道推廣計(jì)劃，定期拜訪客戶；- 來訪接待，多渠道搜集目標(biāo)客戶信息，多方式與目標(biāo)客戶建立聯(lián)系；- 承擔(dān)學(xué)校小紅書運(yùn)營(yíng)、內(nèi)容等更新維護(hù)。- 完成校長(zhǎng)及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交代的其他工作。- Responsible for copywriting work according to the overall planning of the school, market and enrolment, campus hotspots, etc., including writing media softwriting, WeChat softwriting and other manu****s.- Basic market publicity and promotion work, enrolment channel development.- Responsible for registration channel information collection, tracking, return visits and channel information collection.- According to the indicators to develop channel promotion plan, regular visits to customers.- To receive visits, collect target customer information through multiple channels and establish contact with target customers in multiple ways.- Undertake the operation of the school's The RED Channel, content and other updates and maintenance.-Complete other tasks as explained by the Principal and Leaders.任職要求Skills and Experience Required- 優(yōu)秀的文字表達(dá)能力、溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，擅長(zhǎng)策劃撰寫各類公文及宣傳稿件；- 熟練運(yùn)用Office、Photoshop、軟文編輯器等辦公軟件的使用；- 能適應(yīng)工作崗位的壓力,具有一定的政策領(lǐng)悟能力和敏感度；有敏銳的新聞?dòng)|覺和美術(shù)鑒賞能力；- 英語(yǔ)流利，能適應(yīng)中英雙語(yǔ)工作環(huán)境。- 熟悉攝影、視頻制作、報(bào)紙編排者優(yōu)先。- 有學(xué)校或媒體工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先，熱愛教育，認(rèn)同學(xué)校理念，并具備良好的學(xué)習(xí)能力。- Excellent writing skills, communication and coordination skills, good at planning and writing various official documents and publicity manu****s.- Proficient in the use of office software such as Office, Photoshop, and other related software.- Be able to adapt to the pressure of the job position, have certain policy comprehension ability and sensitivity have keen understanding of news and aesthetic standard.- Fluent in English, able to adapt to the bilingual working environment in both Chinese and English.- Familiar with photography, video production, and newspaper editing is preferred.- Have school or media work experience, love education, agree with school philosophy, and have good learning ability.
