Major responsibilities:- Sustain existed production cells to deliver products on time & in high-level quality.- Transfer new products into mass production.- Develop new process with fully considering P-FMEA, process control, capacity, quality, line balancing and safety.- Design, build and verify new machines, fixtures, jigs etc. together with equipment suppliers.- Create, maintain and update flow chart, SOP, specification, checklist etc. to standardize operations.- Guide and train operators to follow standard procedures.- Analyze and resolve quality problems together with Quality team and maintenance team.- Plan and implement projects to optimize process, machines, fixtures and layout to enhance productivity and output basing on LEAN thoughts.- Plan and implement automatization techniques in production process.Skills/experience requirements:- Education in Engineering (electronic, mechanical, electrical, automation or related). Bachelor degree or above.- Minimum 5 year experience of production engineering.- Project management experience and skills is preferred.- Six sigma knowledge (green or black belt) is preferred.- Knowledge and experience in automatization is preferred.- Fluent in verbal and written English.This position reports to Production Engineering Manager
