We are looking for a Senior Field Applications Engineer to join Arrow company, in Wuhan office. The main purpose of the position is to drive demand creation by maximizing Arrow content on designs. Understand customer needs and leverage Arrow’s engineering and design services resources to facilitate solutions for customers. Apply technical knowledge to influence designs utilizing solution selling, resources, and strategies.What You’ll Be Doing1. Partner with the sales team across pre-and post-sales activities, providing technical support and consulting to promote demand creation.2. Attend supplier trainings in person and via conference calls.Manage supplier and customer expectations by building and developing relationships, keeping stakeholders up-to-date on activities, plans, and progressing towards initiatives.3. Identify key relationships amongst decision makers within suppliers and customers. 4. Attend and actively participate in strategic branch meetings and Quarterly Business Review meeting5. Organize engineering customer eventsWhat We Are Looking For1. Bachelor’s degree, Computer Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Software Engineering；2. At least 3 years of MCU application experience., familiar with MCU development environment and tools3. Have extensive experience in automotive electronics is an important bonus 4. Familiar with NXP products or NXP technical support experience is perferred.5.Good Communication skills and capability to gain respect and trust with the customer
