Excellent ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in multiple ****s, including R&D, marketing, quality and reliability, applications engineering, failure analysis, internal and external technology development teams and other internal departments and external partners6. Knowledge in CMOS, HVCMOS, BCD technologies and filter technologies is a plus7. Ability to drive teams to successful project completion8.
