Duties and ResponsibilitiesBe the expert at test finishing process area, maintain and continually improve process capability, yield, and reduce defect PPM, optimize operation spec, and provide training to operation staff, timely close line abnormal, support EBR and NPI activity, support machine qualification and buyoff.1.Familiar with project management procedures2.Responsible contribute to depart KPI requirements (Quality, Cost/Yield, Cycle Time).3.Laser marking, auto vision solution and chronic solution development or setup.4.Responsible for packing process development with early design review involvement to meet design for marking, vision and packing requirement.5.Establish robust test auto vision coverage, familiar with assembly failure modes, capture into characterization of inspection sensitivity and screen ability6.ERB supporting, and technical communication with internal customer on finishing area.7.Maverick limit adjustment and maverick lot disposal in time. 8.initiate test maverick criteria and process control specs/WI update and maintenance. Maverick lots dispose, data analysis, failure mode analysis.9.Responsible for yield improvement &amp quality enhancement.Qualifications1.Minimum bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Engineering, or relative specialty.2.Prefer experience of working experience in packing/process engineering of semiconductor3.knowledge of laser marking, optical inspection, tape &amp reel, and other packing material.4.Understand process control method, skills on 8D, FMEA, CP, fishbone, PDCA,etc.5.SOP preparing for Test process, VM, packing and labeling6.Familiar with bom and packing material characterization, handle on packing material qualification, such as box, plastic tube, tape and reel .7.Good English communication skills including verbal and written.8.Team p**** with good interpersonal skills and able to work efficiently with multi-functional groups across different department and ****.9.Proactive, self-motivated, result/goal oriented and be willing to face pressure and challenge.10.Team p**** with good interpersonal skills and able to work efficiently with multi-functional groups across different ****s.
