該崗位將在我們馬來(lái)西亞芙蓉工廠Reporting to Process Manager, this position is responsible for EVPIM Soldering Process to improve EVPIM Assy yield, drives quality improvements, supports manufacturing output / cost / cycle time improvement, NPI support, and overall soldering process improvement.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:· Response quality, yield, cost and cycle time improvement· Develops new or modified process formulations, defines processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, and reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and ****uation of products.· Involvement in NPI may begin at any step from pilot plant to full-scale manufacturing.· May conceive and plan projects involving definition and ****ion of new concepts, equipment automation technology, and approaches in the processing or development of new or improved processes.QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:· Bachelor or master degree in engineering, prefers material science, chemistry engineering, electronic engineering· 5+ years ‘experience in power module reflow process and understand reflow fundamentals· Knowledge of material (Solder paste, preform, alloy) property and their behavior during reflo· Understanding in using vacuum reflow oven and quality inspection tools (Xray, SAT)· Familiar with statistical process control, quality system & tools (IATF16949, LSS, FMEA, Control plan, etc)· Proficiency in thermal analysis tools (DSC, TGA, etc) will be preferred.· Strong problem solving and analytical skill for trouble shotting process issues (cold joints, delamination, void, solder splash, etc).· Teamwork and communication skill for collaborating cross function team
