Responsibilities:?Program manage sustaining component, test, process and design qualifications from identify to implementation?Develop comprehensive issue assessment and mitigation strategies when problems arise?Analysis of performance metrics for manufacturing?ROI analysis to determine the feasibility of projects?Familiarity with BOM update and change review processes?Work with global teams and assist in the compilation of status updates?Coordination of meetings with technical staff at manufacturing and repair sites and maintain **** item logs resulting from the meetings and the follow up of those **** items?Assist in managing worldwide engineering and quality initiatives and projects.?Track and report out project statusPreferred Qualifications and Skills?Experience and/or understanding of a manufacturing environment?Familiarity with proprietary MS Business applications and any ERP system?Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio).?Understanding of FI/FA (Fault Isolation / Failure Analysis) methodology?Effective program coordination skills and the ability to implement and monitor basic projects and plans.?Excellent communication skills with the ability to express technical concepts in verbal and written forms.?Experience working in high ambiguity situations?Enthusiastic, motivated, and self-driven
