Job Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement advanced reinforcement learning algorithms for complex decision-making problems in real-world settings. 2. Test and optimize models across various environments. 3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to apply reinforcement learning to domains such as robotics and industrial settings. 4. Stay updated on advancements in reinforcement learning for LLMs and general AI, aligning research with company goals. 5. Publish research in top international conferences and journals. Qualifications: 1. Ph.D. in computer science, AI, mathematics, statistics, or a related field. 2. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with modern reinforcement learning algorithms (e.g., Q-learning, DQN, Policy Gradient, Actor-Critic). 3. Proficient in deep learning ****works like TensorFlow or PyTorch. 4. Prior experience deploying RL solutions in simulated or practical applications preferred. 5. Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
