崗位職責(zé)Job Responsibilities1、團(tuán)隊(duì)管理：團(tuán)隊(duì)業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)設(shè)定，工作排配、績(jī)效管理、人才發(fā)展與團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)Team management: team business goal setting, work scheduling, performance management, talent development and team building2、供應(yīng)商管理：與船公司與貨代保持溝通，管理海運(yùn)預(yù)測(cè)與供給，倉(cāng)位份額，各項(xiàng)目運(yùn)輸方案的執(zhí)行落地，制定和搭建核心考核指標(biāo)及監(jiān)控體系Supplier management: maintain communication with shipping companies and freight forwarders, manage shipping forecast and supply, warehouse share, implementation and implementation of transport solutions for each project, develop and build core assessment indicators and monitoring system3、面向外部客戶(hù)，進(jìn)行日常物流履行業(yè)務(wù)溝通，對(duì)于客戶(hù)需求給出物流解決方案；To communicate with external customers for daily logistics fulfillment and to give logistics solutions for customer needs.4、內(nèi)部客戶(hù)協(xié)同：與內(nèi)部上下游部門(mén)協(xié)同國(guó)際運(yùn)輸業(yè)務(wù)，協(xié)同及整合內(nèi)外團(tuán)隊(duì)、資源、渠道，制定項(xiàng)目推進(jìn)計(jì)劃，跟蹤管理關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)的業(yè)務(wù)落地實(shí)施情況；即時(shí)同頻內(nèi)部客戶(hù)服務(wù)要求、快速響應(yīng)業(yè)務(wù)異常，投訴處理與反饋；Internal customer collaboration: collaborate with internal upstream and downstream departments in international transportation business, collaborate and integrate internal and external teams, resources and channels, develop project promotion plans, track and manage business implementation at key nodes instantly respond to internal customer service requirements in the same frequency, quickly respond to business exceptions, complaint handling and feedback.5、業(yè)務(wù)思考與分析：定期梳理外部環(huán)境與內(nèi)部需求變化，分析業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)現(xiàn)關(guān)鍵性問(wèn)題，提出改進(jìn)意見(jiàn)并實(shí)施，輸出分析報(bào)告，精細(xì)化運(yùn)營(yíng)，降本增效；Business thinking and analysis: regularly sort out changes in the external environment and internal needs, analyze the business to discover critical issues, propose improvements and implement them, output analysis reports, refine operations, reduce costs and increase efficiency.崗位要求Job Requirements1、本科以及以上學(xué)歷，5年及以上物流工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。具有較強(qiáng)的邏輯分析能力，較強(qiáng)的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力。具有物流項(xiàng)目管理或外派工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more working experience in logistics. Strong logical and analytical skills, strong organizational and coordination skills.
