Key Responsibilities:? Developing strategies to ensure achievement of sales targets and contribute to the growth of GoodWe.? Define ****s and strategies to raise brand awareness to key customers and position GoodWe’s products in the market.? Responsible for establishing, developing, maintaining and reinforcing solid relationship with key customers within the PV Industry.? Actively pursue sales opportunities and pipelines, create and nurture strong and resilient business relationships with strategic partners like project Developers, EPC′s, Technical advisors, investors and other project stakeholders.? Lead the prequalification process and the tendering, prepare technical and commercial proposals with the support of the technical team.? Lead the contract negotiations with the customer for large projects? Deeply understand customer′s business model, strategy and needs in order to bring them the best possible support and solution design to develop win-win collaboration opportunities.? Build a strong cooperation and work closely with the Marketing department and participate to exhibitions In Pakistan.Qualifications:? A minimum of 5 years' experience in the PV industry.? Business development expertise with a proven sales track record in the PV industry.? Highly experienced in project sales contract negotiations and tendering skills.? Strong understanding of IPP′s, EPC′s and technical advisors business needs in the Solar industry.? Previous sales experience within solar inverter vendors is preferred.? Solid understanding of inverter technology, supply contracts and PV market trends.? Familiar with industry standards and practices.? Able to work with high degree of independence
