1.Build a pipeline and customer account for short-term(low-hanging) and mid-term.2.Support Network Sales to position into the qualified lead and increase the opportunity chance to close. Prioritization for short and mid-term opportunities to recognize the sales revenue.3.Promote recurring business model with customer.4.Develop Business Expansion and go-to-market strategy for assigned countries and regions together with the sales.5.Order closure and meet the assigned target by the company.6.Support regional sales and business development to plan the implementation of business expansion for sustainable growth through maximizing recurring business.7.Introduce new customers in key focus areas. Drive pipeline growth through integrated promotional activities with the support from a regional and global team.8.Support Service Promotion to promote the services.9.Understand customer needs and strategies the approach in an agile process manner for faster return and revenue generation.10.Understand the decision maker, winning price, and competition. And position services to win the competition.11.Conduct a discovery workshop with support from a global team.12.Build relationships with end users, and business partners such as SI/Supplier.13.Involve in technical and commercial Proposals to identify the scope, risk, T&C, and pricing with the support of the proposal/bid team.14.Drive cross-selling business with External as well as Yokogawa Business Partner. He/She will manage key information exchange between Yokogawa and IT partners on sales and business updates and vice versa.15.The Business Development Manager shall develop sales and go-to-market strategy for new business expansion such as IT/OT convergence.16.This role is responsible for driving a pipeline opportunity from prospecting, pre-qualifying leads, setting discovery meetings, and following up and commercial proposals up to order closure.17.He/She is required to have a strong customer network of decision makers or partners in order to increase the winning chance and early time to market.18.This role will also require identifying channel partners to expand the business.任職資格:1.?Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,Information Security, or related fields.2. 8years in Business Development and Sales Management in IT/OT convergence industry.3.More than 1 million RMB of successful project experience in the industrial SaaS field.4.Strong Customer network and decision maker C level for Key focus area.5.Strong experience in incremental type of business especially for IoT and Asset Management and OT Industries.6.Strong sales experience and ability to drive the meeting and showcase the solution value to the customers.7.Strong consultative approach when talking to customers and ability to identify the customer challenges and propose the right solutions.8.Ability to do solution demonstration and good sales presentation skillset.9.Ability to strategize the sale strategy based on the solution based on the priority of customer business operation.10.Strong Recurring Business Experience e.g SaaS including the pricing approach,market **** and growth model11.Proven experience in stakeholder management in multinational teams across diverse ****s, cultures, and time zones.12.Savvy communicator with negotiating skills,able to present and influence customers fluently.13.Demonstrated experience with the entire Business Management Lifecycle (engagement of stakeholders, multiple team environments, top down and bottom-up, deal breaker.14.Highly multi-tasking with the ability to quickly adapt and learn agility.15. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment.16. Excellent presentation skills and customer-centric.17.Mandatory : English(CET6) 、Nice to Have : Japanese Skills(N2) for daily communication.
