Roles and Responsibilities:? Responsible for full life cycle project delivery, including estimation, budgeting, resource planning, milestone tracking, quality assurance etc. ? Create and maintain the plans and metrics to track team progress and manages operational needs, including milestones, resources, and budget? Have good communication among disciplines in a cross-functional team that includes PM, BA, developers, testers, and UI/UX designers.? Ensure inter and intra team risks, impediments and blockers are identified, resolved, and communicated.? Able to manage business stakeholders’ expectation, maintain good relationship with business users? Able to work out technical solutions with local IT, partners, and development team? Able to guide junior developers for debugging and issue fixing? Regularly reporting project status to high level management and corresponding stakeholders? Fully utilizes JIRA/Confluence capabilities.Minimum Job Requirements:? Bachelor’s degree or above, computer science, electronic engineering or relevant major? Minimum of 3 years of experience related on project manager role with at least 5 members’ team? Good Oral English and Mandarin. Familiar with Cantonese is a plus.? Strong sense of responsibility, strong dedication, can work under high pressure? At least 3 years development experience with either App, Web, Java or Cloud? Know Spring cloud, Spring Boot, Redis, Nginx, Kafka, Docker? Familiar with one popular database software, such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, Sybase, or MySQL? Familiar with one of popular UI structure, such as React or Vue? Familiar with Mobile App development, Native App or Hybrid App? Familiar with JIRA/Confluence/DevOps? Experienced at Insurance industry is a big plus? With PMP certificate is a plus
