Reporting to:Planning ManagerYour role and responsibilities (Mandatory)Responsible for DTO (Design to Order) material purchasing. Make sure the material arrives at on time to meet the production requirementYou will be mainly accountable for: ● Transfer Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order, including local and imported and follow up purchasing order acknowledgement, and ensure materials on-time delivery. ● Focus on suppliers on time delivery and push the supplier to improve continuously.· ● Cooperate planning engnineer to reschedule purchase order, negotiate with the supplier to push in or push out PO delivery.· ● Handle Non Compliance Material timely, push the supplier get it resolved as soon as possible. ● Monthly settlement for low value parts and standard fastenersQualifications for the role (Mandatory) ● Bachelor or above ● 2 years’ work experience in related function. ● Familiar with ERP (SAP preferred) & MS office software. ● Prefer to planning?and purchasing experiences ● Fluency in English ● Good communication, execution, and teamwork skills ● Result-orientated ● Strong learning ability.
