崗位職責(zé)：1.驅(qū)動器新產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)相關(guān)開發(fā)任務(wù)2. 維護(hù)和改進(jìn)驅(qū)動器已有產(chǎn)品的結(jié)構(gòu)3. 分析競品結(jié)構(gòu)和行業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢4. 協(xié)助制造部門處理生產(chǎn)、供應(yīng)商等問題 任職資格：1. 本科及本科以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械設(shè)計等相關(guān)專業(yè)。2. 三年及以上結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計經(jīng)驗。3. 精通注塑件、壓鑄件、鈑金件等設(shè)計。4. 有變頻器、伺服驅(qū)動器設(shè)計經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。5. 了解與結(jié)構(gòu)相關(guān)的各種震動，跌落，安規(guī)，砸球等測試。6. 良好的專業(yè)英文讀寫能力。
