崗位職責:- Developing and implementing methods for ****uating product or component reliability (predicting product performance and identifying the key factors or elements that limit reliability) - 負責新產(chǎn)品或零部件可靠性評估的開發(fā)和執(zhí)行 (預測產(chǎn)品的性能和確認制約產(chǎn)品可靠性的關(guān)鍵因素) 。 - Analyzes preliminary engineering-design concepts of major product, recommend design or test methods for attaining customer-specified operational reliability, using knowledge of reliability engineering and other technologies. - 有效運用可靠性工程技術(shù)理論和方法對新品設計進行分析評估，并開發(fā)出相應的測試方案以滿足客戶實際的可靠性需求。 - Testing, Measuring, tracking, ****uating, and publishing reliability performance requirement (internal and external) throughout product life cycle (design, manufacture, and service). - 負責產(chǎn)品開發(fā)全過程中的可靠性測試、測量、追蹤、評估和發(fā)布工作。 - Verify ****uate OEM product supplier test lab capacity and quality process, work with them to identify design risk. - 負責確認和評估外購產(chǎn)品的供應商的實驗室測試能力及質(zhì)量控制，并和他們一起確認產(chǎn)品的設計風險。 - Present high level reliability status reports at regular meetings (i.e. Global Engineering Teams, etc.) and implement corrective **** through the Milestone process. - 參與全球項目例會，提供詳細的可靠性相關(guān)報告，并針對開發(fā)過程的不同階段承擔相應的可靠性分析工作。 - Create and maintain a FRACAS (Failure Reporting And Corrective **** System) and root cause failure analysis program. - 在新品開發(fā)過程中建立和維護失效分析報告系統(tǒng)，參與失效分析過程。 - Monitors failure data generated by customer using product to ascertain potential requirement for product improvement. - 通過對產(chǎn)品在實際使用過程中失效數(shù)據(jù)的監(jiān)控與分析確定產(chǎn)品改進的可行性。任職資格:- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electronic and Information Engineering/ Electronic Engineering, Electrical & Communications or Information Engineering, or other appropriate technical discipline. - 電子信息/電子工程/通信或信息工程學士，或其它相關(guān)電子工程技術(shù)學歷。 - 2~5 years related job experience in reliability or components engineering in product testing and supplier quality verification, preferably in battery or electronic appliances. -2~5年相關(guān)的產(chǎn)品可靠性，或者測試和供應商質(zhì)量評估經(jīng)驗，有電池或電子測試或質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。 - Must have thorough knowledge of one or more quality and reliability tools, techniques, and methods (e.g., 6 sigma, DMAIC, FMEA, Weibull analysis, Reliability analysis, Reliability Test Plans, FRACAS). - 掌握一項或多項質(zhì)量和可靠性工具、技術(shù)和方法等等。 - Must have good oral and written communication skills (including public presentation skills). -具有良好的英語溝通能力包括表達能力。 - Must be able to communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels. - 能在各個執(zhí)行部門之間獨立工作、有效溝通。
