Reporting to:Production Supervisor崗位描述 Job de****ion： ● 嚴格按照操作規(guī)程操作確保測試區(qū)域內(nèi)人身和設(shè)備安全.Follow instructions strictly and guarantee the safety of person and equipment in testing field. ● 根據(jù)測試程序?qū)Ξa(chǎn)品進行最終檢驗和測試，確保產(chǎn)品符合出廠標準；Conduct final checking and testing according to work instruction to ensure the product conforming standards before delivery. ● 整理和存檔產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的數(shù)據(jù)，支持發(fā)貨質(zhì)量的持續(xù)提升；Well document product quality record and support delivery quality improvement. ● 參與制定和更新測試指導；Prepare testing work instruction and keep updating in time. ● 改進測試流程、工具、設(shè)備和儀器以提高效率，保證質(zhì)量；Improve testing process/tools/equipment and instruments to improve efficiency and product quality. ● 充分理解測試系統(tǒng)配置，需要時對測試系統(tǒng)的進行升級；Fully understand the configuration of testing system, and update testing system if needed. ● 維護和保養(yǎng)測試工具、設(shè)備和儀器使其在完好狀態(tài)。Maintain all the tools/equipment and instruments to ensure them in good condition. ● 在工作中,不斷進行專業(yè)知識的積累和學習,使自身的素質(zhì)與技能不斷提高并與公司業(yè)務需求同步發(fā)展.Continually accept and learn related knowledge, develop ability and skills to meet the requirement of company business growth.要求 Requirement： ● 大學本科學歷，自動化或電氣工程相關(guān)專業(yè)；Bachelor’s degree in automation or electronics engineering ● 良好的團隊合作意識和溝通能力；Good cooperation and communication as good team p**** ● 良好的英語聽說讀寫能力；Be good at English in reading, writing and speaking ● 一定的抗壓能力Be able to work under pressure
